ProActiv Make-Up Remover Wipes

When I got asked if I wanted to try ProActiv, I jumped at the chance because I'd heard so much good things and of course Katy Perry was an ambassador, so I had to try. I got sent some wipes and some moisturiser (which I am yet to try). I took my holiday as the perfect opportunity to try the ProActiv Make Up Cleansing Wipes (RRP £4.95 for 45 Towelettes).

These wipes are super compact and perfect for taking on holiday or even popping in your handbag. They are fragrance, alcohol and oil free which is great for me because on holiday my t-zone area can get a little oily. What I really like about them is the packaging isn't full of air which often dries other wipes out. They were super gentle on my skin and I felt really comfortable removing my eye make up with them.

Every single day on holiday I wore light make up and in the night heavy make up (don't judge I was in Vegas, it's against the law not to look as glam as possible) and every single day I used these wipes to remove that make up. Safe to say I was pretty impressed with them as it only took one wipe to take all my make up off which included layers of mascara and the all important brows.

The best thing about these wipes is that they did keep my skin clear and left me going to bed after a few heavy nights feeling refreshed and fully clean. I would definitely recommend these wipes to everyone, they've been nothing but excellent for me for the whole 2 weeks I was away. 10/10 all day long. Never used wipes that have done so much good for me.

They will definitely be a purchase for me when I run out, might even invest in their 3 step system. I am coming to the end of my current moisturiser and when that's gone I will be trying the ProActiv so keep an eye out for the review for that.

ProActiv is now available in the UK online at their website: ProActiv.co.uk and it's really reasonable for the quality and the results you get.

  4. Interesting post - I generally hate wipes as I don't feel my skin is clean - there always seems to be some sort of residue. Might have to give these a try x

  5. Aaah these look great . I'm always stressing out about eye make up remover - I always find creams a bit too rich, and the oily ones too oily! I used baby wipes for a while, but I know that this is just really naughty and definietly bad for my eyes! I might give these a go thanks for the review! x

    1. I used to be the same Kerrie, thought these wipes would sting my eyes loads but they never. They were so gentle and after wearing contact lenses all day I needed something that would take off all my make up and really well too. I'm still in awe about them though, couldn't believe how good they are. x
